Greg joins Donohue & Associates’ Indianapolis office with 30 years of extensive project management and engineering experience in planning, design, and construction phase services for wastewater treatment facilities and water and wastewater pumping stations. His experience also includes the study and design of stormwater, water distribution and sanitary sewer collection systems in the Midwest.
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District and Donohue & Associates received a 2019 Engineering Excellence Honor Award from the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) of Missouri for the Lemay Pump Station Electrical System Transformation project. The award was presented at ACEC’s annual awards banquet in Kansas City.
The Public Facilities Authority (PFA) recently announced the approval of $31.47 million in grants and loans for water infrastructure projects in Western Lake Superior Sanitary District (Duluth) and the City of Carlton. Donohue has significant involvement on several of these projects.
The Southwest Branch of the Michigan Chapter of the American Public Works Association (APWA) awarded the Battle Creek WWTP Secondary Treatment System Upgrade project with the 2018 Public Works Project of the Year Award in the Environmental $5M - $25M category. The award was presented to the City of Battle Creek, Donohue & Associates, and Davis Construction at the recent Annual Awards Banquet.
Donohue’s Emily Wehmeyer, PE, received the prestigious Tumble Bug Award from the Indiana Water Environment Association (IWEA) during their 2019 annual meeting. This award recognizes committee members, program presenters, and others within IWEA who have worked industriously on behalf of the organization.
The City of Two Rivers held its Raider Trail Dedication on Saturday, October 27, to celebrate the successful completion of a 3/4-mile paved bike and pedestrian trail. The trail runs along State Highway 42 from 34th Street to Two Rivers High School. Attending the ribbon-cutting were local officials, project stakeholders, and area residents.
