Donohue & Associates and the City of Joliet, Illinois received a 2020 Engineering Excellence Special Achievement Award for the “Preparing for the Future: Upgrades at Aux Sable” project from the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) of Illinois. Chicago, Illinois – On Saturday, September 21, over 150 young professionals and school volunteers gathered for the annual Water Environment Federation’s (WEF) Student and Young Professionals Community (SYPC) Service Project at the Maria Saucedo Scholastic Academy in Chicago. This year’s project was to re-envision the entrance into the Academy and improve stormwater management. The entryway into the school is often underwater when it rains, leaving many wet feet on the 800+ students.
Chris Lockett joins Donohue & Associates’ Milwaukee office with 17 years of diverse and progressive experience encompassing the planning, design and construction-related services of water and wastewater projects across the country. He is a highly skilled and respected Senior Project Manager with experience in civil and process-mechanical engineering and project management.
New clearwells and a high service pump station upgrade at the South Milwaukee Water Utility is recognized as a 2019 Project of the Year Nominee by the Wisconsin Section of the American Water Works Association (AWWA).
Donohue & Associates is pleased to announce that Terry Boyer has expanded his responsibilities to serve as Area Manager for central Illinois. In this role, Terry is leading the region’s day-to-day activities while building on recent project successes. Since joining Donohue, Terry has performed at an exceptional level, working closely with communities and sanitary districts to develop innovative, practical solutions to meet their infrastructure and future compliance needs. He specializes in innovative water/wastewater process design and project management.

Donohue is pleased to announce that Eric Lynne is Donohue’s new Minnesota Area Manager. In this position, Eric will provide strategic and managerial leadership for our Minnesota clients and business. Throughout his 10 years with the company, Eric has proven to be an exceptional client advocate, project manager, and process engineer, helping Upper Midwest clients navigate projects to successful outcomes and leading Donohue teams. He specializes in water and wastewater planning, design, pilot-testing, construction, startup, and troubleshooting.
The Illinois Section of the American Water Works Association (ISAWWA) presented the Young Professional (YP) Excellence Award to Andrew Dow of Donohue & Associates. The award recognizes the outstanding YP of each year based on contributions to the water industry and for exceptional service and achievements beyond one’s years. Andrew is a water/wastewater process engineer located in Donohue’s Chicago office.
