Donohue & Associates is pleased to announce that Terry Boyer has expanded his responsibilities to serve as Area Manager for central Illinois. In this role, Terry is leading the region’s day-to-day activities while building on recent project successes. Since joining Donohue, Terry has performed at an exceptional level, working closely with communities and sanitary districts to develop innovative, practical solutions to meet their infrastructure and future compliance needs. He specializes in innovative water/wastewater process design and project management.

A registered professional engineer in six states with over 30 years of experience, Terry earned master’s and bachelor’s degrees in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is a member of the Water Environment Federation, Illinois and Indiana Water Environment Associations, and the American Society of Civil Engineers. Terry is a frequent presenter of the latest industry trends and technologies at various regional and state wastewater conferences and meetings.
