Kam Law, Ph.D., PE, ENV SP, was presented with the 2020 Arthur Sidney Bedell Award, which acknowledges extraordinary personal service to a Water Environment Federation member association. Kam is IWEA’s past president and a delegate.

Kelly Lockerbie, PE, was presented with a “Golden Shovel” to signify her induction into the Illinois Select Society of Sanitary Sludge Shovelers (I5S). Located in Donohue’s Chicago office, Kam is a dedicated project manager and water/wastewater engineer with 26 years of experience. She is also Donohue’s Practice Leader for Wastewater Innovations, where she is responsible for guiding Donohue teams and our clients in efforts to effectively employ and implement innovative and emerging technologies and practices.

Kelly is also located in Donohue’s Chicago office and is experienced in the planning and design of wastewater treatment facility upgrades and combined sewer overflow reduction projects.
