Doug Lubben, PE joins Donohue & Associates with 23 years of process engineering and project management experience in the water and wastewater industry. This experience encompasses client-focused delivery of planning, preliminary and final design, and construction phase services for municipal and industrial entities across the Upper Midwest. He will serve as a Client Advocate and Senior Project Manager based out of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area office.

Doug will continue the focus he’s had throughout his career of intense client service. As a senior project manager, he will provide leadership within our staff and work directly with clients to identify and address their wastewater/water needs. He will be working primarily in Minnesota and Iowa in the ongoing initiative to expand Donohue’s service to Upper Midwest clients.
A licensed Professional Engineer in Minnesota, Doug has a bachelor’s degree in physical geography and a master’s degree in civil/environmental engineering from the University of Iowa. He is an active member in numerous national and state-specific industry organizations ranging from the Water Environment Federation (WEF), to the American Water Works Association (AWWA), to the American Public Works Association (APWA).
