Employee-owned Donohue & Associates, Inc. moved up one notch to No. 16 in the 2021 U.S. wastewater treatment plant rankings compiled by Engineering News-Record (ENR). Donohue has been ranked in the top 25 for seven consecutive years.
Donohue’s President Craig Brunner noted, “It’s great to see that Donohue ranks so high in the wastewater treatment plant category every year. I am personally not surprised, though, because we have a collection of some of the most talented and passionate wastewater engineers in the Midwest, who time and again offer our clients innovative solutions to their most challenging wastewater treatment issues.”
ENR also ranked Donohue No. 187 in Top 200 Environmental Firms and No. 458 in Top 500 Design Firms.
Widely considered the industry benchmark, ENR’s annual list ranks both publicly and privately held U.S. companies, based on revenue for design services performed in 2020. ENR is a weekly publication serving the construction and engineering industries.
Formed in 1997, Donohue specializes in drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater engineering services with offices located in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, and Wisconsin.
